The regional public entities of the Public Administration (PA) Panel have recently signed the agreement through which their participation in the Noemix project was formalized.
The signatory bodies are the municipalities of Udine, Pordenone, Gorizia and Trieste, the health companies (Azienda Sanitaria Universitaria Giuliano Isontina, Azienda Sanitaria Universitaria Friuli Centrale, Azienda Sanitaria Friuli Occidentale, Istituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carattere Scientifico "Burlo Garofolo" di Trieste), Area Science Park, l’Aeroporto Friuli Venezia Giulia, l’Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare Adriatico Orientale, il Consorzio di Bonifica della Pianura Friulana, l’Agenzia Regionale per la Protezione dell'Ambiente, l’Agenzia regionale per il diritto agli studi superiori, l’Università degli Studi di Trieste and l’Università degli Studi di Udine.
The agreement regulates the relations between the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia and each member body. Given the characteristics of the project (which require unitary and standardized management), the entities fully delegate the assignment of the Mobility Service to the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region.
The regional administration has allocated 20.5 million euros for the NOEMIX mobility service. In the coming weeks, a regional tender procedure will be launched to request and assign a turnkey service for the supply of about 500 electric vehicles for hire, the installation of about 200 recharging points on the regional territory, and the implementation of an online management and optimization platform for the Public Administration fleet.
The service, operational from the end of 2022, will contribute to the transition to a low-carbon economy and to the reduction of urban pollution caused by internal combustion vehicles.
