Personal data treatment clause (compliant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2013)
Personal data acquired through the above form will be treated by staff working for the organizations and institutions partners of the Noemix project for the purpose of providing information and/or manage applications for participation in project activities. Providing the requested data is not mandatory, however failing to do so makes it impossible to process the requests and/or applications.
Provided data may be forwarded to European Commission, funding the project, and to third parties who, according to legislation, are entitled to or should access the data.
News, pictures and recorded images related to the events organized in the framework of the project may be published in the press, broadcast or published in promotional material regarding the activities of partner organizations and institutions. These may also be published and/or broadcast in other publications, web-sites and dedicated portals, TV, radio, and other media for information and promotional purposes.
Solely with consent from the subject providing the data, the provided e-mail addresses will be inserted in a mailing list to be used for prospective updates on future activities carried out by project partner institutions and organizations.
Compliant to provisions under article 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2013, the subject providing the data is entitled to access his/her data, request amendments and cancellation when these prove to be incomplete, wrong or collected in breach of the law and to oppose to their treatment due to legitimate reasons, requesting such measures to the person responsible for the treatment of these personal data, Mr Stefano Casaleggi, Managing Director of the Area Science Park, Padriciano 99, 34149 Trieste, Italy
